When you place an order thought our website, your products will be sent directly from our talented designers. Therefore, the delivery time for each product will vary depending upon location and item. All delivery time are displayed on the product page.
What Methods Of Payment Can I Use ?
We accept all major credit cards including Paypal, Shop pay and Google pay.
How Much Will It Cost To Ship My Order?
Shipping is already included in the price.
Do I Have To Pay Customs Or Duties ?
Import duties will be paid by us.
Where Do You Ship To ?
We only ship in the US and Canada.
What Are The Delivery Times Per Order?
You can find the delivery time per item on the product page. As most of our products products are coming from overseas you may expect longer delivery times. This information will be specified on the product page. Remember, great garments come to those who wait !
How Can I Know The Status Of My Order?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one.
What Happens If I'm Not Happy With My Order ?
If you're not happy with your order, complete the following steps:
1. Please use the link here to use our return portal. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select the items you wish to return and press next.
4. Choose a return reason and press next.
5. Select the return method as refund or exchange and confirm.
6. Your Return Request will be sent to head office for approval.
7. Once approved you will receive the steps on how to return your garment/sback to us via email.
